Editorial Policy

How we research, write, fact-check and publish at Grumpy Panda Press. Updated regularly. If you find a deviation from these standards, tell us at contact@memedadacoin.com and we'll correct it publicly.

Who writes here

Grumpy Panda Press has two bylines, each with a distinct editorial role:

  • Sunjinwo76 — Samy, founder of Dadacoin and Zentrix Game. Personal, opinionated voice. Signs analysis, news commentary, and memecoin pieces where a take is required.
  • Dadacoin — the editorial collective. Used for tutorials, evergreen explainers, and regulatory coverage where neutrality matters more than personality.

AI assistance, human review

We use AI tools (large language models) to accelerate research, first drafts, and structural editing. Every piece passes through automated safeguards (sources, claims, length, voice, regulatory flags) before publication. Final review and accountability rest with the byline.

We do not hide this. Crypto has more than enough opaque content farms. We'd rather be the boring outlet that says exactly how the sausage is made.

Sources & fact-checking

  • Every statistical claim links to a primary source (CoinGecko, DefiLlama, BscScan, Messari, official chain blogs, etc.).
  • Dates and figures must be ≤30 days old when an article hinges on "current state of X" claims. If we cannot find a fresh number, we say so explicitly rather than paper over it.
  • If a primary source becomes unavailable (paywall, 404, taken down), we replace it with an archive link or note the inaccessibility.
  • We do not republish press releases as journalism. Press releases live on /press and are clearly labeled as such.

Voice & tone

The "Grumpy Panda" voice is dry, lucid, mildly satirical, never cruel. We mock practices (hype, FOMO, gimmicky tokenomics), not people. We don't say "X is a scam" — we cite the data and let readers draw conclusions. We don't predict prices.

When the panda raises an eyebrow at a project, it raises an eyebrow at what was done, never at the humans behind it.

Conflicts of interest

  • Dadacoin disclosure. This blog is operated by the Dadacoin project. When we cover Dadacoin itself, the article is clearly marked and goes through additional review.
  • Zentrix disclosure. Sunjinwo76 is also founder of Zentrix Game. When Zentrix is mentioned, the relationship is disclosed inline.
  • No paid placement. We do not accept payment to cover a project, write a positive review, or hide a negative one. Press releases are free but clearly tagged.
  • No undisclosed positions. When the byline personally holds a non-trivial position in a covered asset, the article states it.

Corrections

When we get something wrong, we fix it in place and add a correction note at the bottom of the article with date and reason. We don't silently rewrite history. If you spot an error, email contact@memedadacoin.com and we'll act within 48 hours.

Not financial advice

Articles on this blog are journalism, opinion, and education — never investment advice. Always do your own research (DYOR) before putting money into anything you read about here. Crypto markets are volatile and unforgiving. The panda will not refund your bad trades.
